TH Group Properties is the real estate development and investment division of TH Group. Investing specifically in property has enabled TH Group to make a strategic move into commercial real estate offering Class A office space.

TH Properties undertakes developments both independently and in joint venture partnerships with local investors. New property development is focused in prominent business areas across Malta. TH Group apply the same high standards of finishings in its own business property as applied to any client project, resulting in some of the most impressive business property solutions in Malta.

Stephen Paris

Stephen is an accountant and auditor by profession having completed his ACCA final exams in 1989. He spent 30 years in the profession with Deloitte Malta and was admitted as a partner in 2000. Over the past 19 years Stephen served in various leadership roles at Deloitte as Head of Audit, Financial Services Industry Leader and Head of Risk and Regulatory Advisory.
Throughout his career, Stephen has led numerous audit and non-audit assignments for a variety of clients – private, public, listed, state owned, foreign owned, family businesses, regulated entities as well as organisations operating in a variety of sectors including financial services, leisure, entertainment, real estate, transportation, manufacturing, import/distribution, retailing etc.
As the jurisdiction evolved to an attractive financial services centre, Stephen focused his efforts to this sector and transformed his client portfolio exclusively to entities regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority, leading several audit and advisory engagements to clients involved in this sector.
Stephen was a council member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and lecturer in auditing for several years.

John Huber

Mr. Huber has been working as a tax advisor for the past 30 years. Since setting up his practice, he has advised a variety of local and international clients, including the Maltese Government. Mr. Huber was appointed as a technical reference point in the drafting of the Malta Retirement Programme, the Global Residence Programme and the Residence Programme. Mr. Huber is the Chairman of Yachting Malta, a public-private partnership and is also a non-executive Director on a number of local and foreign companies. Mr. Huber is a person who has been approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission. He has also just been appointed a Board member of the Malta Business Bureau and is also a Board member on the Administrative Board of the Malta Community Chest Fund and also chairs the Finance Unit within the same Foundation. He previously held board level positions and leadership roles as:
· Governor FinanceMalta 2013 to 2018 · Trustee on the Maternity Leave Trust Fund · Board Director at Eurochambres – the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry also being a member of the Budgetary and Strategic Committee; · Elected Council member at the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise & Industry and served on the Board of Management and a number of Executive Committees; · Governing Board member of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP); · President of the Malta Business Bureau; and · Member of the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development.
Prior to setting up his own practice he held the role of Associate Director at KPMG Malta. Mr. Huber holds a Diploma in Diplomatic Studies, is a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Taxation and a member of Malta Institute of Management, the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.

Antoine Spiteri PhD

Dr Spiteri has an academic background in science and psychology. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Management from Woodbury University, in Los Angeles in California. Spiteri then went on to receive a Masters in Research Methods in Psychology from the University of Bristol in England, followed by a PhD in Evolutionary and Cognitive Psychology from the School of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Spiteri completed his doctoral internship at the University of Houston in Texas and soon after this he published his seminal work which received worldwide, syndicated media attention. Dr Spiteri then went on to conduct work as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Cornell University in New York. Spiteri concurrently acted as Assistant Professor at Le Moyne College where he lectured psychology courses at university level.
Anthony left Cornell when he was appointed Executive Director of TH Group, where he is now majority shareholder of the businesses and oversees the running of this growing family of businesses. During his term at the helm of TH Group, Dr Spiteri has been responsible for overseeing the approval of a bond issue by the Malta Financial Services Authority early in 2021, but opted instead for the businesses to remain private and adopting a strategy of steady growth and steady maturation, characterized by careful research and long-term forecasting which will allow TH Group to position itself for enduring success and sustainability.

Rita Spiteri

A founding member and Executive Director of TH Group, Mrs. Spiteri has seen the companies from inception through to the successful entities they are today. From the early years of the 1990’s when the companies were formerly known as Tal-Herba Group, Mrs. Spiteri has been pivotal in the expansion and rapid growth of TH Group. Her smart decision-making abilities, coupled with a steadfast commitment towards a long-term strategy have ensured that the family owned, and operated businesses would weather market fluctuations during booms and busts, and prevail through economic downturns.
Mrs. Spiteri, who founded the group together with her husband Mr. Anthony Spiteri continues as the only original member to run the businesses, later rebranded as TH Group, together with her son Antoine Spiteri, her very dedicated workforce and capable board of directors.

David Simchik

Mr Simchik is a 1989 graduate of Lynn University in Boca Raton Florida. Mr Simchik has enjoyed a 30 year career in senior management with Service Corporation International, FirstGroup plc and Stagecoach Group plc, as well a being co-owner of several family joint ventures including State Bridge Farm in New York. He joined TH Group in 2012 as Business Administrator and continues today as Director of Operations.
